Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, BRIGADE'S PRIDE (M Madhu Babu). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Jockey S John, the rider of OSCAR SPARKLER, was reprimanded for not exercising sufficient control over his mount, thereby, brushing the false rails in the final 100 Metres of the Race.

BRIGADE'S PRIDE (M Madhu Babu) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

GLITTERATO (M D Paswan) ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, in view of its continued poor performance, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to make every effort to improve its performance in future and should it continue to perform in a similar manner, a recommendation would be made to the Stewards not to accept the entry of this horse to run in Races under BTC Rules of Racing.
