Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, CATWALK QUEEN (V R Jagdeesh). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of CATWALK QUEEN, reported that he lost his left stirrup soon after jumping out of the starting gates which, he regained, approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey M A Milan, the rider of AERIAL ACROBAT, placed Third by the Judge, objected against Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of BEAUTIFUL FIN, placed Second, for “in the last 300 Metres, BEAUTIFUL FIN (M Prabhakaran), came in and out and took my ground repeatedly, whereby I had to stop riding, which cost me the Race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.

WINDSOR PARK (Shobhan Babu) sustained injury on left hind fetlock and right hind heels.

It was reported after the Race that MAGIC ISLAND (Mudassar Nazar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
