As Jockey I A Khan, the declared rider of RUSTY, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to substitute Jockey S Mubarak to ride RUSTY in place of the declared rider.

SET TO STORM (R Vaibhav) planted and took no part in the Race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track.

RUSTY (S Mubarak), jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced ROCKET RONNIE (S Shiva Kumar) on its outside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.

Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of LITTLE ANGEL, was fined Rs.1,000/-for shifting 'out' and causing interference to MIMI'S CASH (Sarvan Kumar) on his outside, passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of LITTLE ANGEL, reported that his mount was inclined to hang 'out' between the 800 Metres and 500 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting
with it again.

TIME SECRET (M D Paswan) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey M A Milan, the rider of FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient efforts on his mount during the Race.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of BRIGADE'S PARADISE, trained by Mr. Dinesh Pujar and ridden by Jockey Noorulla.
