Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.1,000/- for using Tongue Strap on his charge, SHADES OF SCARLET (Anil Baandal), for the use of which prior permission had not been obtained. Subsequently, Tongue Strap was removed before the horse left the Paddock.

Jockey Md. Sameer, the rider of SERRA DURA, reported that his mount was running 'out' passing the 1000 Metres and ran detached from the field thereafter. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of BEAUTIFUL EFFECT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to ARCHER (B Mahesh), on his inside, passing the 700 Metres.

Jockey A Vishwanath, the rider of AERIAL ACROBAT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and bumping BEAUTIFUL EFFECT (Ajeet Kumar), on his inside, in the last 150 Metres of the Race.

Jockey B Mahesh, the rider of ARCHER, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post.
