Trainer Mr. C Girinath was questioned regarding the reversal of form of his charge, VIRTUOSO (S Mubarak), the Winner of this Race as compared to its previous run in Race No.40 of the Mysore Summer Races 2014, i.e., The Whitefield Plate (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 20-45, 5 years old and over, run on Seventh Day, Wednesday, the 25^th of June, 2014, when ridden by Jockey N Ravinder Singh, it ran unplaced. He stated that (a) this horse was taken over by him from Trainer Mr. S M Johnson only about ten days back; (b) he saw the performance of the horse in its last run, and, hence, he chose to declare Jockey S Mubarak in the above Race; (c) though he did not fancy this horse to win, the horse, more or less, ran in similar fashion and just about won the Race; and (d) Being an eight year old coupled with its limited opportunity to stay and run at this Centre, he chose to run it within a gap of  sixteen days. While nothing his explanation, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was cautioned to be more judicious as to the placement and frequency of running of his charges in future.
