Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. K Somashekar to withdraw SEA RUNNER (B Mahesh) on veterinary grounds as it observed to be having a deep cut at the base of the tail. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

NOUGHTSANDCROSSES (G Manikandan) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of BURDEN OF LADY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for completely easing up his mount, in the last 300 Metres of the Race.

Jockey Vijay Kumar, the rider of GRAND SUCCESS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].

An enquiry has been opened into the relatively improved performance of dk b g GREENBRO (Arshad Alam), trained by Mr. C V G K Kishore (being deputised by Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde), the Winner of this Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.81 of the Mysore Summer Races 2014, i.e., The Shivanasamudra Plate (About) 1600 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over, run on Fourteenth Day, Wednesday, 23rd July 2014, when ridden by Jockey V R Jagdeesh, it ran unplaced.
