Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah to withdraw HOSTESS (T S Jodha) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to have sustained injury to the left fore cannon and right knee. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey A Vishwanath, the rider of RISING AFFAIRS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the improper use of the whip, whereby he allowed his mount to veer 'out' in the last 300 Metres and finished on the outer Sand Track. Jockey A R Pradeep, the rider of GLORIOUS MOMENTS, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not making sufficient efforts to improve his position till rounding the final bend.

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of PROST, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].
