GALWAY GIRL (S John) jumped awkwardly 'inwards' soon after the start.

Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of TOUCH OF ROMANCE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in', thereby, causing interference to ONE TO NOTE (D Patel) on his inside, soon after the start.

Jockey R Anand, the rider of SECRET STRIKE, was reprimanded for not maintaining a proper course, rounding the final bend, thereby inconveniencing GOLDEN CRUISE (Shobhan Babu), on his inside.

Jockey S John, the rider of GALWAY GIRL, reported that his mount was hanging out very badly, in the last 300 Metres of the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported by the Club's Veterinary Officer, except an old ulcer at left commissure. However, Trainer Mr. S S Attaollahi [deputizing for Trainer Mr. J S Dhariwal] was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey S John, the rider of GALWAY GIRL, reported that he accidentally dropped his whip, just before the Winning Post.

It was reported after the Race by the Club's Veterinary Officer that examination of the mouth of WINNING DESIRE (P Kiran Rai) revealed very sharp molars. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement].
