ALIZADEH (Irvan Singh) was observed to be trotting lame on right fore before the start of the Race. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey A Ramu, the rider of VISIONIST, reported that he accidentally dropped the whip, passing the 400 Metres.

Passing the 400 Metres, SUPREME REGIME (A R Pradeep) veered 'out' badly and finished on the outer sand track. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. G Aravind was informed to get it checked by his veterinarian, take appropriate corrective measures and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Noorulla, the rider of CATHARSIS, to the Stewards for unsatisfactory riding [Rule No. 161(ii)] on his mount in the above Race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race on Friday, 10^th October, 2014, and examined Jockey Noorulla as also, the Trainer of the horse, Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi. After deliberations, they decided (a) note the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi; and (b) to suspend the Jockey’s License granted to Jockey Noorulla from 19/10/2014 to 31/10/2014 [both days inclusive] for unsatisfactory riding [Rule No. 161(ii)] on his mount, CATHARSIS, in the above Race [permitted to ride work].

The Stewards ordered an enquiry into the riding of Jockey Melvyn Maseyk on BOURBON STREET trained by Mr. C Girinath, in the above Race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on Thursday, the 9^th October, 2014 and examined Trainer Mr. C Girinath and Jockey Melvyn Maseyk. After deliberations, they decided to (a) note the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. C Girinath and (b) give the benefit of grave doubt to Jockey Melvyn Maseyk at this instance but to caution him to be more careful in future as to his riding in races.

DIVINE DELIVERANCE (Shivnath Paswan) sustained superficial bruises inside right knee.
