Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, SANTA MARIA (Arshad Alam). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

As Jockey Nassar Alam, the declared rider of ENSATUS ELEGANS, was certified medically unfit after his fall in the 2nd Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to substitute Jockey N Ramesh Kumar to ride ENSATUS ELEGANS in place of the declared rider.

PRECEPT (A Ashok Kumar), apparently sustained stifle lock, approaching the 1100 Metres and slowed down due to which, Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of OSCAR SPARKLER, who was running directly behind, struck the frontrunner and his mount stumbled, passing the 1100 Metres, whereby he got momentarily unbalanced on his saddle and lost position. Consequently, PRECEPT (A Ashok Kumar) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to obtain a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey A Vishwanath, the rider of ESOTERICAL, reported that he lost his whip, passing the 200 Metres.

It was reported after the Race that OSCAR SPARKLER (Shiva Kumar) sustained clipped injury on left hind outer cannon.
