In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

GRAND CELEBRATION (V R Jagdeesh) was impounded for veterinary examination after the Race and was observed to be coughing. The horse was kept under observation, was scoped after the last Race and was found to have suffered from EIPH (Grade III). Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed to produce a fitness certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again

An enquiry is being held into the incident pertaining to the interference suffered by YAMAS (Melvyn Maseyk), nearing the 1400 Metres, in the above Race.

Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge KOLAVERI DI (Janardhan Paswan), the winner of this race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 91, The Sangam Plate – Div.I (About) 1100 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, run on 29th January 2015, when ridden by the same rider, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated that; a) He has taken over this horse from Trainer Mr. J.Sharavanan just about 10 days back; b) This is the first run of this horse under his charge; c) When the horse ran on 31.12.2014 in Race No.63, it ran a decent second over a distance of 1600 metres; d) in its last outing when it was in the care of Mr. J.Sharavanan, it ran over a distance of 1100 metres and ran unplaced; e) After he took over, he chose to run it over a mile although he had another fancied runner in this race; f) He accepted both the horses because generally in a race over a distance of 1600 metres, the number of acceptors is so low that sometimes the race is declared void at the acceptance stage itself; g) As per his usual practice, he instructed both the riders of his charges to do their best and both the horses ran very close to each other and finished first and third, a neck and short head seperating them; h) He took over this horse from Mr. J.Sharavanan at the request of the owner of the horse; When Trainer Mr. J.Sharavanan was questioned in front of Trainer Mr. C.V.G.K.Kishore he reiterated that at the request of the owner he handed over the horse to Mr.C.V.G.K.Kishore for training and it would be continued to be trained by Mr.C.V.G.K.Kishore as indicated to him by the owner of the horse. While noting their explanation, Trainer Mr. C.V.G.K.Kishore was informed to be more cautious in running his charges which had been taken over from another Trainer within a short gap.

It was reported after the Race that the right fore shoe of LA PIPERI (A Vishwanath) had apparently splayed, during the Race.

MALKIA (Ryan Marshall) sustained clipped injury over left hind inside fetlock.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m KOLAVERI DI.
