Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to withdraw CAPRI (M Prabhakaran) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to sprained fetlock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey M Kumar, the rider of CINCH, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to ALBATROSS (Ajeet Kumar) on his inside, passing the 400 Metres.

Trainer Mr. R Mallikarjuna was fined Rs.1,000/- for improper saddling of his charge, CINCH (M Kumar), which was rectified before the horse left the Paddock.

The Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. G. Srinivas Babu as to the pattern of running of his charge MAJESTIC QUEEN (Saddam Hussain), the winner of this race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 23 of the Mysore Summer Races 2015, run on 2nd Day, Wednesday 27th May 2015, when ridden by the same rider, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse has always been a front runner and a consistent performer; b) It only relishes running in front and performs well if ridden so; c) he had always given instructions to his riders to ride it in front; d) Last time, running in a higher class for the first time, he had instructed Jockey Saddam Hussain to take a good jump and go to the front; e) but the rider could not do so as he was drawn on the outside and further, the saddle on his charge shifted back soon after the start and as such, the rider could not ride as instructed; f) Today, with a good draw, the rider hit the front and may be because of the erronous judgement of the pace by the other riders in the Race, his charge just about managed to win. After viewing the relevant replays of the Races in which this horse participated, and after due enquiry, his explanations were noted.
