BANDITO (R Ravi) jumped awkwardly outwards thereby losing few lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

PROTECTOR OF PARIS (M J Gautam Raj Urs) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the Start. At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, the Stewards ordered and held an enquiry immediately after the above Race with particular reference to the incident of Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of CLASS ABOVE, placed fourth by the Judge, shifting 'in' and causing interference to the horse on his inside, viz., MAJESTIC QUEEN (Shiva Kumar), placed fifth, in the last 150 Metres of the Race, whereby, the latter had to be checked by its rider as a result of which, SECRET HUNTER (Ajeet Kumar), which was running on the quarters of the latter, struck it and stumbled, thereby dislodging its rider. They examined Jockeys Shiva Kumar and    V R Jagdeesh, the riders of MAJESTIC QUEEN and CLASS ABOVE respectively. After deliberations, they decided to disqualify CLASS ABOVE (V R Jagdeesh) for the above Race and revise the order of placings as under:

It was reported after the Race that CLASS BOVE (V R Jagdeesh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of CLASS ABOVE, in the above Race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g NAVAL GLORY.
