Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to substitute Jockey Imran Chisty to ride TIME TO TIME in place of Jockey S John, the declared rider.
 
Jockey Vijay Kumar, the declared rider of KEEP SECRET, was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to make the declared weight; Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar to substitute Jockey M A Roushan to ride KEEP SECRET in place of the declared rider.
 
Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of AYMAN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' sharply and causing interference to JUMP IN THE RED (N Rajesh) on his inside, which went onto BADSHAH (Sarvan Kumar), on its inside, within 100 Metres from the start.
 
Jockey N Rajesh, the rider of JUMP IN THE RED, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to AYMAN (V R Jagdeesh) on his inside, passing the 800 Metres.
 
Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of BADSHAH, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing ANDROID (Shammi Khan) on his outside, passing the 400 Metres.
 
Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of BADSHAH, reported that he accidentally dropped his whip, passing the 300 Metres.
 
Jockey N Rajesh, the rider of JUMP IN THE RED, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].
 
An enquiry is being held into the improved performance of TIME TO TIME (Imran Chisty), the winner of this Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.65 of the Mysore Winter Races 2015-16, i.e., The Kovalam Plate (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over, run on Wednesday, 30th December, 2015, when ridden by Jockey Nirmal Jodha, it ran unplaced.
