COFFEE TIME (A Vishwanath) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

NATURAL NINE (L Prashant) did not raise a fluent gallop after jump out, thereby losing many lengths at the start and, thereafter, ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

GOLDEN CRUISE (Sahanawaz) took an awkward jump, soon after the start.

OPHIRA (Arshad Alam) accidentally stumbled, soon after the start.

Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of STRIDE TO SUCCESS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not keeping a straight course, soon after the start.

Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of CEASARIA, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming 'in' sharply and causing interference to OPHIRA (Arshad Alam), on his inside, which went onto COUNTRY'S CHARM (Shobhan Babu) on its inside, within 100 Metres of the start.

Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan and Jockey Shobhan Babu were questioned regarding the running and riding of COUNTRY'S CHARM in the above Race. The Trainer stated as follows; (a) this horse was with Trainer Ranjeet Shinde before it came to him and has done nothing of any significance so far; (b) it is a very sluggish type of a horse, very moody, sometimes taking a good jump and sometimes taking a slow jump; (c) in the above Race, it has taken a sluggish jump, whereas he had asked the rider to take a good jump and sit third or fourth, wherever it was comfortable; (d) after jump-out, other horses have come in and his charge couldn't get a clear run during the early part of the Race; (e) in its last two runs over seven furlong, it was coming on and literally stopping during the closing  stages and thereafter, he chose to run this horse in the above Race which was of 1200 Metres as there was no other race for this horse; (f) he had no idea as to how this horse started as a favourite; When questioned, the Jockey stated as follows; (a) the horse did not jump out well and he also received an interference soon after the start and had to fall back; (b) as his instructions were to sit in third or fourth position, he tried to improve position by giving it a couple of cracks; (c) even though there was a gap in front of him between 800 Metres and the 600 Metres, his mount was reluctant to take it and so he had to travel wide; (d) in the straight, he started pushing it and gave two to three cracks of the whip, but it started to drift out, then he put his whip down and started to push it but it did not respond at all; their explanations were noted.

SARATOGA SPRING (Anil Baandal) sustained linear injury inside right hind hock.
