Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw ESTERHAZY (Sarvan Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to inflammation over the shoulder. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was fined Rs.1,000/- for not using Blinkers on his charge, FANTASY LIVING (Md. Islam) for the use of which prior permission was obtained; Subsequently, Blinkers were put on the horse before it left the Paddock.
