As Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the declared rider of GENEROUS GESTURE, was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the Fourth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore to substitute Jockey Sarvan Kumar to ride GENEROUS GESTURE in place of the declared rider.

As Jockey Shivpoojan Yadav, the declared rider of STARSTRUCK, was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the Fourth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao to substitute Jockey M Kumar to ride STARSTRUCK in place of the declared rider.

As Jockey G Sai Vamshi, the declared rider of SARDINIA, was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the Fourth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to substitute Jockey Arshad Alam  to ride SARDINIA in place of the declared rider.

GENEROUS GESTURE (Sarvan Kumar) was observed to have drifted 'out' under pressure in the last 150 Metres of the Race;The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Akash Agarwal, the rider of FOREST QUEEN, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing ALIBOXER (Irvan Singh) on his outside, passing the 300 Metres.

STARSTRUCK (M Kumar) sustained bleeding cuts inside left hind below hock.
