JOHN CABOT (P Trevor) stumbled soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates;  

Jockey P Trevor, the rider of JOHN CABOT, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently soon after the start; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 

It was reported after the Race that SCRIPT WRITER (Arshad Alam) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.  

Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was questioned as to the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge DONT TRUST ANYONE. After due enquiry and not being satisfied with his explanations, he was fined a total sum of Rs.10,000/- for a) The inconsistent pattern of running of his charge between the last two runs and this run and b) For tendering false and misleading evidence during the enquiry by the Stipendiary Stewards.
