Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, CHILLY BREEZE (K Sai Kiran); Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

COUNTRY'S LIGHT (R Rayan Ahmed) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', thereby, inconveniencing POKER QUEEN (M Madhu Babu) on its outside, at the start.

It was observed in the Race that, passing the 1000 Metres, COUNTRY'S CHAMP (Afsar Khan) was inclined to run 'out'. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported after the Race that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed caps on right side with injuries inside cheek; Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey R Rayan Ahmed, the rider of COUNTRY'S LIGHT, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of BIRTHDAY BABE, reported that his mount was  hanging 'out' in the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of COUNTRY'S DELIGHT, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' in the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed ulcers inside both oral commissure; Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that CHILLY BREEZE (K Sai Kiran) pulled up lame on left fore leg; Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch f LADY OF LUXURY.
