As the incident was accidental, no action was taken besides noting the same.

Jockey R Manish, the rider of CANTABRIA, was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards as to his riding on his mount, in the above Race, with particular reference to his riding during the closing stages of the Race. The Jockey replied that the saddle on his mount had slightly shifted back in the closing stages of the Race and as such, he could not offer proper assistence in completely riding out his mount. Not being satisfied with his explanation and taking exception to the fact that he had unsaddled his mount without having it examined by the Stipendiary Stewards or the Paddock Officer, he was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence.

It was reported after the Race that COUNTRY'S DELIGHT (K Sai Kiran) pulled up lame on right fore; Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

CLASSIC JEWEL (S Mosin) sustained injuries on right fore outer cannon and right hind hock.
