Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S M Johnson to withdraw his charge CLASSIC JEWEL (R Shelar) from the above Race on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be suffering from painful inflammatory swelling over left side of neck close to crest; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.  

ALL IN (M Rajesh Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards, thereby inconveniencing TOUGH SUSSEX (C Umesh), on its outside, at the start.

Jockey Nirmal Jodha, the rider of ENGELBERG, was fined Rs.1,000/-  for coming `in' and causing interference to PERFECT LEGACY (S John) on his inside approaching 700 Metres.

Jockey S John, the rider of PERFECT LEGACY was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming `in' and causing interference to WARLOCK (G Rohit) on his inside, whereby, the latter had to be checked by its rider and in doing so,  it shifted `out', inconveniencing POINT (Janardhan Paswan), on its outside, passing 400 Metres. 

Jockey Nirmal Jodha, the rider of ENGELBERG, was reprimanded for shifting `out' and thereby inconveniencing POINT (Janardhan Paswan), on its outside, passing 400 Metres.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of ALL IN, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' throught the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Sharavanan J was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 

It was reported after the Race that POINT (Janardhan Paswan) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Surprise sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g PERFECT LEGACY.
