Permission granted to Trainer Mr. C Girinath to withdraw RUSSIAN SPY (Ajeet Kumar) as it was trotting lame on right fore due to hoof abscess. Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey R Rayan Ahmed, the rider of THEA'S DREAM, reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey R N Darshan to the Stewards, vide Charge Sheet No. 259, dated 12th February, 2020, for breach of Calendar Notification under the heading “Use of Whip”, in that, he had excessively used
 
the whip on his mount, PREMIER ACE, in the above Race [Third Infringement]. His first infringement was on PREMIER ACE in Race No. 30 and his second infringement was on SADEEK, in Race No. 40 of the Mysore Winter Races 2019-20. The Stewards, at their meeting held after the last Race on 12th February, 2020, examined Jockey R N Darshan. After due deliberations, they decided that should Jockey R N Darshan be granted a Jockey's License under the Mysore Race Club Limited Rules of Racing, for the year 2020-21, the same shall remain suspended from 20-05-2020 to 27-05-2020 (both days inclusive) for breach of Calendar Notification under the heading “Use of Whip”, on his mount PREMIER ACE, in the above Race. He was informed of his right to appeal.
