Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of VELOCIDAD, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to MYSTIC FLAME (Irvan Singh), on his inside, which went onto INDIAN PHARAOH (David Allan) and TAREK (T S Jodha) on its inside, soon after the start.
Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of MYSTIC FLAME, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to STEINLIGHT (P S Chouhan) on his inside which went onto JOHN CABOT (Imran Chisty), on its inside, passing the 300 Metres.
Jockey David Egan, the rider of THE GREAT GATSBY was questioned as to the reason for shifting wide from the railings in the straight and he stated that (a) he walked on the track in the morning and found that the track on the inside was wet; (b) He decided to ride out his mount from outside as his mount was galloping well on the outside. His explanations were noted.
