Jockey Nazar Alam, the declared rider of SMART SIGNS, was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to draw the declared weight, to ride his mount, in the above Race. Under the circumstances, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi, to substitute Jockey Chotu Jaiswar, to ride his charge SMART SIGNS, in the above Race.
  
ENGELBERG (M J Gautam Raj Urs), reared up as the gates opened, thereby losing many lengths, at the Start. In view of its behavior, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. 

Jockey R Shelar, the rider of ASH WINDER, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improve his position from the Start till about the 400 Metres.
 
Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of COUNRTY'S SHER, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to VELVET ROSE (Arshad Alam), on his inside, passing the 600 Metres.

Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing, with respect to his charge, TOBIN (N B Kuldeep), in the above Race [1st Infringement].
