BAOBAB (Ajeet Kumar) took a fly jump, at the Start.

DADDY'S GIRL (Vipin Kumar) swerved to left towards the Outer Sand Track, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, thereby, losing many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S M Johnson was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race, on a Race Day, on the Race Track.

GREEK GODDESS (Nazar Alam) reared up as the gates opened, dislodged the rider and ran riderless. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
 
It was observed that Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of SHE'S A BEAUTY accidentally lost his right stirrup passing 1300 metres, which he could not regain throughtout the race.

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of IRONIC HUMOUR reported that he accidentally dropped his whip, passing the 100 Metres.

Trainer Mr. S M Johnson and Jockey Vipin Kumar were  questioned regarding the running & riding of DADDY'S GIRL. After repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the race and acting on their own observations, the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows; a) To fine Trainer Mr. S M Johnson a sum of Rs.5,000/- for the unsatisfactory explanations tendered by him during the course of the enquiry and severely cautioned him to be more judicious in the running of his charges and also declaring the riders in future; and b) To fine Jockey Vipin Kumar, a sum of Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient efforts to ride out his mount in the straight and severly cautioned him that a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
