Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bobby M to withdraw CLOVIS (M J Gautam Raj Urs) on veterinary grounds as it was walking lame on right fore due to fetlock inflammation. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
STRONG RESEMBLANCE (Ajeet Kumar) planted and lost many lengths at the start.  In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. 

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of ANGEL DREAMS, was reprimanded for not maintaining a proper course, thereby allowing his mount to drift out to the centre of the Race Track from the railings, passing the 250 Metres.

Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of SPIRITUALQUEEN was reprimanded for not maintaining straight course thereby running erratically in the final 200 Metres of the race.

It was observed that the Sheep Skin Nose Band put on PERFECT PASS (Nazar Alam) came loose as it was not fastened properly. Trainer Mr. D Prashanth Pawar was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence in not properly fastening the Sheep Skin Nose Band, on his charge, PERFECT PASS (Nazar Alam) in the above race. 

It was observed that the saddle on PERFECT PASS (Nazar Alam) had shifted back soon after the start. After due examination of the equipment, it was found to be in serviceable condition. When questioned, Trainer Mr. D Prashanth Pawar stated that on the request of his rider, Jockey Nazar Alam, he had fastened the saddle slightly back. Not being satisfied with his explanation, Trainer Mr. D Prashanth Pawar was fined a total sum of Rs.5,000/- for faulty and improper saddling. He was informed that a repetition of this negligent act shall not be tolerated and would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
