Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D to withdraw MARIGOLD on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from colic. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was observed that Jockey Sameer Qureshi, the rider of EDDIE THE EAGLE shifted out and bumped ARCELIA (Angad) on his inside soon after the start as a result he lost his right stirrup which he regained passing the 1000
 
Metres. As this incident was purely accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident.

Jockey H Rahul, the rider of D DEAR was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing CHEROKEE MOON (Nazerul Alam) on his inside passing 600 Metres.

ARCELIA (Angad) drastically slowed down and thereafter, ran detached from the field in the last 150 Metres of the Race. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of EDDIE THE EAGLE, trained by Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi and ridden by Jockey Sameer Qureshi in the above race.
