Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Ramesh to withdraw DESESRT ROMANCE (P Ajeeth Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it found to be trotting lame on right hind due to inflammation over hip region. He was informed that he must produce a fitness certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

THE FLYING FEET (H G Rathod) was extremely fractious and could not be stalled. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders.

THE PROSPECT (R Manish) suddenly whipped around to the left, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, whereby the Jockey was dislodged from his mount and it did not take any practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Helleal Moses R was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. 

Jockey A R Pradeep, the rider of D FIRE reported that his saddle shifted back passing the 600 Metres and as such he had considerable difficulty in riding out his mount till passing the winning post. After due examination of the equipment after the race which was found to be in serviceable condition Trainer Mr. Vinesh V Naik was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.
