Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was fined Rs.10,000/- for having accepted his charge VIJAYA SARATHI (P Kiran Rai) to run in the above race when it was under BTF ban. Subsequently it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race.

CALIFORNIA GOLD (K Sai Kiran) jumped out awkwardly at the start.

It was observed that AL JAWAAD (Akash Agarwal) accidentally lost its hind leg footing soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.

The Trainer stated as follows; a) In its previous run, his charge was running in an open class, with some good type of 3 year old and 4 year old horses where it had finished a creditable 4th, about 5 lengths behind the winner; b) In this above race which was for horses, 5 years old and over, he had fancied the chances of his charge, which ran and won well; His explanations were noted for future reference.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g VIVA LA VIDA.
