As Jockey K Sai Kiran, the declared rider of CONSPIRACY was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the second Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to substitute Jockey R Manish to ride CONSPIRACY in place of the declared rider.

Jockey Angad, the rider of WHITE LIES was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing TOP RANK (R Ajay Kumar), on his inside, passing the 700 Metres.

Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of MISS CHINA was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to LIKE MY DADDY (A Imran Khan), on his outside, approaching the 400 Metres.

Jockey H Zeeshan, the rider of COUNTRY’S SPARK reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 200 Metres.

It was observed that COUNTRY’S BOLT (J Paswan) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

It was observed that the saddle on CONSPIRACY (Manish R) had slightly shifted behind after the race. After due examination of the equipment, which was found to be in serviceable condition, no action was taken beyond noting the incident. However, Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed to be cautious while saddling his charges in future.   

Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards for the improved performance of his charge, D ADMIRAL, ridden by Jockey Mukesh Kumar, the winner of the above Race, as compared all its previous runs during the Mysore (Monsoon) Races, 2022. The Trainer stated as follows; a) His charge was not performing well over shorter trips, i.e., over 6 furlongs or 7 furlongs and so he decided to run it over a mile; b) His riding instructions to Jockey Mukesh Kumar was to hit the front and to ride out in the Straight; c) He had not changed the work pattern of this horse but only removed the blinkers on his charge and it was running better without it; d) He felt that the extra distance helped his charge and it came out and won the above Race. While noting the Trainer’s explanations for future reference, he was cautioned to be more judicious while selecting the distance for his charge in future.
