Jockey Sameer Qureshi was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to draw the declared weight in respect of his mount THALAIVAA in the above race. Hence permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ashiwn S Rao to substitute Jockey A Ayaz Khan to ride THALAIVAA in place of the declared rider

THALAIVAA (A Ayaz Khan) was extremely fractious while saddling and as such, could not be saddled due to its fractious behavior. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders.

SPARKLING NIGHT (S A Amit) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced TOM CRUISER (H Zeeshan) on its outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.

Jockey Md. Imran Ashraf, the rider of BRAVE TROOPER was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort to ride out his mount after entering the straight. He was severely cautioned that a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

Jockey S A Amit, the rider of SPARKLING NIGHT reported that his mount was trying to run out during the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey A Ashad Asbar, the rider of STINGER JAVELIN reported that his mount was not galloping fluently during the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported to have pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Monnapa C D was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again
