Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Santosh S Rao to withdraw THE PEG on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from right fore tendonitis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

Jockey N B Kuldeep, the rider of LEOPARD reported that his mount grabbed its bit on the left side and jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced PERFECT JUSTICE (P Kiran Rai) soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. Tejaswi P C was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.  

It was observed that N R I SECRET (Rajesh K) drifted out alarmingly after rounding the final bend and finished the race on the outer portion of the grass track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.  

It was observed that the saddle on FLYING FALCON (Ramandeep S Bal) had shifted back during the race. After due examination of the equipment which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.
