It was observed that the saddle on IMPERIUS (R Rakesh) shifted in front passing the 800 Metres and as such the Jockey had considerable difficulty in riding out his mount thereafter. After due examination of the equipment which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. M Pratap kamath was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling. 

Jockey Prabhu Kumar M, the rider of BLUE BLOSSOM was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing RISING SUN (Syed Asgar) on his inside approaching the 900 Metres. 

Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of MOONLIGHT QUEEN reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 

An enquiry is being held into the reversal of form of SMILE AROUND, the winner of the above Race, trained by Mr. Sharat Kumar and ridden by Jockey S John, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 41 of the Mysore Summer Races 2023, i.e., The Golden Fantasy Plate (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over, run on Sixth Day, Friday, 30th June, 2023, when ridden by Jockey M Naveen, it ran unplaced.

IMPERIUS (R Rakesh) sustained cut above right hock. 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g SMILE AROUND.
