Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Attaollahi S S to withdraw his charge FOREST FLAME (P Trevor), from the above Race.

There were two objections in the above Race. The first objection was lodged by Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of EVALDO, placed 3rd by the Judge, against Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK, placed 2nd  by the Judge, for "inside the last 100 Metres, Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK came on to me, where I had to stop riding, which costs me a certain place.”

The second objection was lodged by Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK, placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of AGNOSTIC, placed 1st by the Judge, for "passing 350 Metres, the winner, from one of the fence, started to drift out whereby, taking my rightful ground of running and took me further out whereby I have lost a certain race.”

The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV footage of the above Race, the Stewards decided to uphold the first objection lodged by Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of EVALDO against Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK and revised the order of the Judge’s placing as mentioned below. The Stewards decided to overrule the objection lodged by Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK against Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of AGNOSTIC. The final order of placings are as follows;

III SHAMROCK
