Racing Incidents

DEEMED TO FIRE (P Kiran Rai) reared up when the gates opened and lost many lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. 

Jockey B Darshan Antony, the rider of ANTILOPE, reported that he lost his right rein, in the last 100 Metres of the Race, which he regained within a few strides.

An enquiry is being held into the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of BENGHAZI (Angad), trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu, the winner of this Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.24 of the Mysore Summer Races 2023 , i.e., The Ranibennur Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, run on Fourth Day, Friday, 16th June, 2023, when ridden by Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, it ran unplaced.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b g ECO FRIENDLY.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b g BENGHAZI.
