Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to withdraw HURREM (R Shiva Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SKY PRINCESS (A R Pradeep) was slowly away and lost about two lengths.

COUNTRY’S FAME (Samundra Singh) planted and lost many lengths.  In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj was questioned into the inconsistent running of his charge within a span of 13 days wherein his charge APOLLO LIGHT (P Surya) won the above race as compared to its previous run in race no. 37 of the Mysore (Monsoon) Races 2023 i.e. The Sidapur Plate about 1400 meters for horses rated 00 – 25 run on 22nd September 2023 when it ran unplaced. 
 
Trainer, Mr. Ranjeet Shinde deputizing for Trainer, Mr. B Prithviraj could not give a plausible explanation except that he was asked by Trainer, Mr. B Prithviraj to instruct the rider to go to the front set the pace and entering the straight to do his best to win which jockey P Surya (APOLLO LIGHT) followed and to his surprise won.
Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Trainer, Mr. Ranjeet Shinde deputizing for Trainer, Mr. B Prithviraj to the inconsistent running of APOLLO LIGHT (P Surya), the Stipendiary Steward decided as follows :

(a) Fine Trainer, Mr. Ranjeet Shinde deputizing for Trainer, Mr. B Prithviraj a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) for the inconsistent running of his charge APOLLO LIGHT (P Surya).
  
(b) Caution Trainer, Mr. Ranjeet Shinde and asked to inform Trainer, Mr. B Prithviraj to refrain from running his charge in a short span of time and that a repetition of a similar manner of running of his charges in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
