An objection lodged by Jockey Aneel (HIS EXCELLENCY) placed 3rd by the Judge against Jockey N. Rawal (GUIDING FORCE) the winner that " he came in at about the 300 mtrs, bumped and forced me and took my ground when my mount was in full of running thereby I had to check my mount that costed me a certain race" was overruled by the Stewards and judges placings remained unchanged.

However, Jockey N. Rawal (GUIDING FORCE) was fined a sum of Rs. 3000/- for shifting in at about the 300 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to HIS EXCELLENCY (Aneel).

Explanation of Jockey Ajit Singh (AINTREE) that his mount was tending to run out in the straight as such he was forced to travel wide in the straight was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded for failing to maintain a straight course in the final stages of the race.

Jockey N. Rawal (BULLS ACE) was cautioned for tender handling of his charge for greater part of the race.

Jockeys P. Ajeeth Kumar (ASTRONAUT) and Nakhat Singh (ICE BERRY) were cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course in the straight.

AINTREE (Ajit Singh) lost its right hind shoe during the running of the race. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

TRUMP STAR (A.A. Vikrant) winner of the race is sampled.

PRINCE CASPIAN (B.R. Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter was slow into stride.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal (SITARA) reported that his mount was lugging in, in the final stages of the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race. However, the Jockey was severely cautioned for shifting in soon after the start when not sufficiently clear of the runners racing on his inside.

FLAMBOYANT LADY (Nakhat Singh) was denied a clear run due to crowding of the runners racing in front soon after the start.

Jockey Rafique Sk (HUMAAGHAR) was cautioned for shifting in soon after the start in the process crowding the runners drawn on his inside.

Jockey Rafique Sk (HUMAAGHAR) reported loss of whip at about the 300 mtrs.

WHISKERY (Harinder Singh) jumped out awkwardly on to RASIKA (App. R. Ajinkya) taking the latter’s ground and thereafter the filly did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race.   Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to show his charge in a Mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.

However, App. Jitendra Singh (RED SNAPER) was fined a sum of Rs. 3000/- for shifting in soon after the start on to FRIDAY FURY (App.C.P. Bopanna) who in turn shifted in tightening TIGER OF THE SEA (Aneel) and ANGEL TESORO (App. Gaurav Singh) racing on the rails.

Trainer R.H. Sequeira, deputizing for Trainer M. Satyanarayana was fined a sum of Rs.2000/- for failing to exercise greater care in tying of Blinkers on his charge DIMENSION (App. Rohit Kumar) which got loose and blocked the vision of the colt whilst running in the race in the straight.

DIMENSION (App. Rohit Kumar) became hypoxic after the race and was treated for the same.

RED SNAPER (App. Jitendra Singh) winner of the race is sampled.

SOUTHERN METEOR (B.R. Kumar) was fractious inside the gates. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised to show his charge at the gates to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey A.A. Vikrant (LOVE MACHINE) in the presence of Trainer D. Netto that his mount held the bit on one side and was trying to run out in the straight in the process veered out on to outer track and finished the course as such and in the process causing inconvenience to HANDSOME DUO (P. Ajeeth Kumar) at about the 350 mtrs. Trainer D. Netto was advised to show his charge in a Mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.

PROMISEOFHAPPINESS (Kiran Naidu) jumped out slowly losing about 5 or 6 lengths, SSC revoked.

Jockey A.A. Vikrant (FLAG OF HONOUR) was cautioned for shifting in 50 mtrs after the start in the process causing interference to ARISTOCRATS CHARM (P. Ajeeth Kumar).

Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (ARISTOCRATS CHARM) that his instructions were go to front or sit close and do his best in the straight but as his mount jumped out slowly he could not go to front and thereafter the filly was keen and ran erratic until entering the straight and thereafter he did his best in the straight was noted for future reference.

Examination of MYSTERY (N, Rawal) revealed sharp molars on both sides. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

MIND READER (Nakhat Singh) winner of the race is sampled.

SURSEINE (App. Santosh Raj N R) jumped out slowly losing about 3 or 4 lengths, SSC revoked.

Explanation of Trainer Sk. Waseem Ahmed with regard to improved performance of his charge CALIFORNIA BEAUTY (A.A.Vikrant) winner of this race who finished off board in the previous races that his charge in the previous race ran with tougher bunch as compare to the present race where the filly met a weaker set and also 200 mtrs less to travel has been to her advantage and went on to win the race.  The Trainer further added that he has not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds noted.  The Trainer was however cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

SISCO (G. Naresh) returned lame on right fore due to fetlock joint sprain. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

RED RIVER (App. Jitendra Singh) sustained superficial injuries over right fore. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.
