Sequeira that his mount was tending to run out throughout the race more so in the straight inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that after the previous race, he had given her a Mock race where in she ran straight, as such opted to run in this race. The Trainer was however, advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Praveen Gaddam (SPECIAL EFFORT) that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race in the process shifted out at about the 800 mtrs causing inconvenience to PALADINO (App. Afroz Khan) and COSMICO (Mukesh Kumar) inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Consequent to App. Afroz Khan having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar to be substituted on WAH MS ZARA.

SOUTHERN LEGACY (App. Gopal Singh) was slow in to stride, losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

Explanation of Jockey Deepak Singh (HAVELOCK CRUISE) that in the final stages of the race as he expected N R I POWER (B.R. Kumar) will shift in, he opted to shift out and make his final move from outside was not accepted and the Jockey was cautioned for failing to take gap between POINTIUS PILATE (App. Gaurav singh) and N R I POWER (B.R. Kumar) at 300 mtrs.

N R I POWER (B.R. Kumar) returned lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain.

SEA WOLF (Mukesh Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
