Explanation of Jockey A A Vikrant (ARYAMAN) that his mount was uncomfortable at about 300 mtrs, in the process stumbled and fell resulting in he getting dislodged from the mount at about the 200 mtrs. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt. As this incident is purely accidental, no action beyond noting the same was taken. Subsequent Veterinary examination of ARYAMAN revealed that the gelding sustained complete open fracture of right fore.
 
Due to the above fall the running of DREAM JEWEL (P. Ajeeth Kumar), FIRST IN LINE (Khurshad Alam), ROYAL SUPPORT (R Ajinkya) and YESTERDAY (App. Surya Prakash) who were racing directly behind got hampered.
 
Jockey N B Kuldeep (QUALITY WARRIOR) was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting out under use of whip from about the 400 mtrs and also dropping his hands in the final stages of the race though on a beaten horse.
 
Jockey B R Kumar (SOUTHERN ACT) was fined Rs.1000/- for shifting in at about the 600 mtrs in the process causing interference to PINK SPLENDOR (Aneel) and thereafter PINK SPLENDOR (Aneel) dropped back and finished the course distance behind.
 
Trainer L.D' Silva was cautioned for inconsistent running of his charge QUALITY WARRIOR (Kuldeep N B) placed 2nd in this race who finished off board in the previous race.

MUASER (Nakhat Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.
 
Trainer Laxman Singh was fined a sum of Rs.5000/- for inconsistent running of his charge NOVEMBER RAIN (Mukesh Kumar) winner of this race who finished 6th in the previous race.               

REINING QUEEN (P. Ajeeth Kumar) was observed to be trotting lame on left fore due to back sprain, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
Explanation of Jockey Rafique Sk. (MIREYA) that his mount did not take proper jump, as such he could not position his mount 2/3rd as instructed and also his mount was not galloping from inside as such he shifted out in the straight to make his final move was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting out 10 to 12 horses wide in the straight for no apparent reason.
 
Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (ASHWA MIGSUN) was cautioned to ride out his mount past the post though on a beaten horse.
 
App. Gaurav Singh (SPECIAL EFFORT) was fined Rs. 3000/- for excessive and improper use of whip.

Jockey R Ajinkya (LIMONCELLO) was cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course soon after the start.    

BLAZING JUPITER (Aneel) was observed to have bleeding cut injury over left fore, as such the horse has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
SANDOWN PARK (Kuldeep N B) got loose while loading, bolted and ran the course riderless, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked.
 
App. Abhay Singh (AERIAL COMBAT) was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting in at about the 450 mtrs on to CALIFORNIA BEAUTY (G. Naresh) who in turn hampered the running of LIFETIME (Khurshad Alam).
 
Explanation of App. Gaurav Singh (ASHWA JAUHAR) in the presence of Trainer M. Srinvas Reddy that his instructions were to go to front or in case if any one goes, to sit close and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the App. was fined Rs. 5,000/- for taking long lead in the initial stages of the race resulting in the gelding getting tired and dropping back in the straight.
 
Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (CITY OF BLOSSOM) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer S. Sreekant was advised for a better performance in future.
 
Explanation of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh with regard to the dismal performance of his charge LIFETIME (Khurshad Alam) that his charge after the previous race had a foot puncher for which the filly was treated and thereafter running in this race after a long gap of more than 50 days and she is just coming up after the set back as such the poor performance was noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey Rafique Sk (HASHTAG) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised for a better performance in future.
 
GENERAL ATLANTIC (B. Nikhil) returned lame on right fore due to fetlock joint sprain.
 
AERIAL COMBAT (App, Abhay Singh) winner of the race is sampled.

STUNNING FORCE (Mukesh Kumar), SOUL EMPRESS (Aneel) and ANGELITA (P. Ajeeth Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths each. Respective Trainers S.S.F. Hassan, S. Sreekant and M.F. Ali Khan were advised to show their charges at the gates to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.
 
WHISKEY MARTINI (Kuldeep Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 5 or 6 lengths, SSC revoked.
 
BLUE VALENTINE (App. Surya Prakash) planted and lost distance, SSC revoked.
 
LIFES SONG (Koushik) returned bleeding from left nostril.
 
BEAUTY ON PARADE (Deepak Singh) winner of the race is sampled.

PRINCE VALIANT (Khurshad Alam) was slow into stride losing about 3 or 4 lengths.
 
Jockey Khurshad Alam (PRINCE VALIANT) was cautioned for changing course on more than one occasion in the straight for no apparent reason.
 
App. Gaurav Singh (LIGHTNING BOLT) was cautioned for shifting out 8 to 10 horses wide from about the 200 mtrs for no apparent reason.
 
LIGHTNING BOLT (App. Gaurav Singh) returned bleeding from both the nostrils.

Explanation of Trainer L.D’ Silva with regard to the improved performance of his charge ELMIRA (App. Afroz Khan) winner of this race, who finished off the board in all the previous races that his charge always go to front and drops back badly when challenged as such instructed the App. Afroz Khan to take 4 to 5 lengths lead which has helped the filly and also the weight advantage she got in this race as compared to the previous runs had helped the filly to go to front easily and set her own pace and manage to win the race.  Trainer further added that he had not fancied the filly keeping in mind the previous runs and was available at longer odds was noted.  Trainer L.D’ Silva was however cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
 
MEHRNOOSH (Rafique Sk) returned bleeding from both the nostrils.
