SERGENT RECKLESS (Mukesh Kumar) was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain, as such the colt has been permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
 
SUPERSTELLAR (Antony Raj S) was observed to be trotting lame on left hind due to back sprain, as such the horse has been permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
 
Jockey Kuldeep Singh (EVERGLADES) reported that his mount stumbled soon after the start catching him unaware thereby losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain.
 
Explanation of Jockey Nakhat Singh (LONDON BELL) in the presence of Trainer K. Satheesh that his instructions were to go to front or sit close 2nd, but as his mount jumped out slowly he could not position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions.
 
Jockeys R Ajinkya (GALWAY BAY) and Akshay Kumar (WHITE ROSES) were cautioned for shifting in and out respectively in the final 100 mtrs in the process touching each other.

FLY TOTHE STARS (Khurshad Alam) was slow into the stride losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter the gelding trailed the field.
 
Jockey R Ajinkya (AARYA) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 1100 mtrs.
 
Jockey Kiran Naidu (STAR DANCER) was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.
 
Jockey G. Naresh (AKASH) was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.
 
An objection lodged by Jockey Akshay Kumar (OK BOSS) placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (MORIOR INVICTUS) the winner that “he came from outside onto him from about the 300 mtrs, squeezing him on to the rails, closing the gap due to which he was unable to ride out his mount to complete advantage, that cost me a certain race", was overruled by the Stewards and the Judges placing remained unaltered.
 
Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar was however, fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/- for failing to maintain a straight course from about the 300 mtrs in the process shifting in and causing interference to MY MASTER (App. Gaurav Singh) and thereafter shifting in again in the final 100 mtrs causing inconvenience to OK BOSS (Akshay Kumar).
 
App. Gaurav Singh (MY MASTER) was fined Rs. 1,000/- for shifting out at about the 350 mtrs in the process taking the ground of ISRA (Aneel).
 
STRIDE FOREVER (Rafique Sk) trailed the field throughout the race.  Trainer S.A. Raza Shehzad was advised for a better performance in future.

Explanation of App. R S Jodha (STORY TELLER) that his mount scrapped the starting gates whilst jumping out resulting in his right stirrup iron broke, as such he was forced to remove the left stirrup to balance himself as  a result he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the explanation of App was taken.

Consequent to Jockey N B Kuldeep having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Kuldeep Singh to be substituted on MISS MARVELLOUS.
 
Jockey Mukesh Kumar (ASHWA RAUDEE) was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting in at about the 400 mtrs in the process causing interference to SOUTHERN PRICNESS (Suraj Narredu) who in turn  forced in CHELTENHAM (App. Afroz Khan). 
 
Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (BUCKLEY) was fined Rs.1000/- for shifting out at about the 150 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to PAINTED APACHE (Shane Anthony Gray).

Explanation of Jockey B R Kumar (THEO’S CHOICE) that his mount jumped out slowly as such he could not position his mount as instructed was not accepted and the Jockey was cautioned for failing to position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.
 
Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (CHAR EK CHAR) was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting in 100 after the start in the process causing interference to SALISBURY (App. Abhay Singh).
 
Explanation of Trainer N. Ravinder Singh with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge DILLON (B. Nikhil) winner of this race who finished 5th in the previous race that his charge returned lame in Race No. 60 and thereafter ran in Race No. 85 where the gelding had met a superior set and finished close 5th as compared to the present race where the company being poor, his charge could manage to win the race was noted.  Trainer Ravinder Singh was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey S J Sunil (TRUTH AND DARE) in the presence of Trainer S K Sunderji that his mount was not striding well as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage for greater part of the race was not accepted.  Subsequent Veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities as such the Jockey was fined Rs. 10,000/- for tender handling of his mount for greater part of the race.
 
DILLON (B. Nikhil) winner of the race is sampled.

Permission has been granted to trainer R H Sequeira to saddle RULING GODDESS (Akshay Kumar) on behalf of Trainer S S Attaollahi at both the Trainers' risk and liability.
 
Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (ICICLE) in the presence of Trainer D Netto that in trying to settle his mount, his saddle tilted to one side while negotiating the bend at about the 2000 mtrs as a result he got unbalanced in the saddle and lost control and in trying to avoid accident he shifted out at about the 1800 mtrs in the process forced out WINMYLOVE (Antony Raj S) and pulled up his mount, as this confirmed our observation the jockey explanation was noted.  
 
Subsequent examination of the equipment’s used by the Jockey and Trainer were found to be in serviceable condition. Trainer D. Netto was however, fined a sum of Rs, 5,000/- for failing to exercise grater care in saddling of his charge where the saddle used on his charge tilted on to one side during the running of the race.

Consequent to Jockey Deepak Singh having been declared Medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey G. Naresh to be substituted on ZAGANOSH PASHA.
 
Jockey Nakhat Singh (AMBITIOUS STAR) was severely reprimanded for changing course on more than one occasion in the process shifted in at about the 400 mtrs taking the ground of NARAKAMICIE (Mukesh Kumar).
 
DOE A DEER (Suraj Narredu) was observed to have lost its left fore shoe during the running of the race. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.
 
CHARMER (Praveen Gaddam) was observed to have lost its left fore shoe during the running of the race. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
 
CHARMER (Praveen Gaddam) and ASTURIAS (App, Santosh Raj N R) trailed the field throughout the race.  Respective Trainer K. Satheesh and K.S.V. Prasad Raju were advised for a better performance in future.
