LIGHTNING FAIRY (P. Ajeeth Kumar) was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to tendon strain, as such the mare has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
CASH REGISTER (Akshay Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
Explanation of Jockey Md Ismail (QUEEN BLOSSOM) that his mount jumped out awkwardly losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer K Robin Reddy was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Trainer LVR Deshmukh with regard to the improved performance of his charge CASH REGISTER (Akshay Kumar) winner of this race who finished off board in the previous races that his charge in the previous race i.e. Race No. 39, ran after being operated for tie forward and thereafter ran in Race No. 77 where the App. could not handle his charge as such opted to put a stronger rider in this race. The set being weaker as compare to previous runs, extra 200 mtrs to travel and a stronger Jockey in the saddle has been to his charges advantage as such the improved performance. The Trainer further added that he has not fancied his charge but given a chance was noted. The Trainer was however cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

DOLLY BIRD (Aneel) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths, and thereafter whipped around 100 mtrs after the start in the process dislodged Jockey and ran the course riderless, SSC revoked. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid, escaped unhurt.
 
ANAB E SHAHI (Akshay Kumar) was slow into stride in the process lost considerable ground in the initial stages of the race.
 
Explanation of App. Afroz Khan (SANTA BARBARA) that his mount was lugging in, in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer L D Silva was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (SPLENDOUR ON GRASS) that his instructions were to sit 2nd/3rd, but due to slow initial pace he found himself in front in the initial stages of the race and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.

THUNDER KNIGHT (Kiran Naidu) and POCKET ROCKET (App. Surya Prakash) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockey/Apps efforts. Respective Trainers N. Rawal and L V R Deshmukh were advised for a better performance in future.
 
SANTA BARBARA (App. Afroz khan) was observed to have sore shins on both fore. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (HERO OF THE EAST) that his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts, as such he could not ride out his mount on an even keel was confirmed by Trainer R H Sequeira was noted for future reference. Trainer R H Sequeira was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
An objection lodged by Mr. LVR Deshmukh, Trainer of AMALFITANA (App. Kuldeep S) placed 2nd by the judge against App. Afroz Khan (TEAM PLAYER) placed 1st that “ App. Afroz Khan at about 1400 mtrs forced out his charge for no apparent reason and again at about the 400 mtrs the App. came on knocked out and again touched my charge thereby App. lost momentum that cost me a certain race” was upheld by the Stewards and ordered for revised Judges placings as under:

Explanation of App. Kuldeep S (AMALFITANA) that as he was taken out at about the 1400 mtrs by App. Afroz Khan (TEAM PLAYER), he tried to shift in, in the process crowded the runners racing on his inside at about the 1200 mtrs resulting in causing interference to QUALITY WARRIOR (App. Md. Ekram Alam) who in turn caused interference to SPECIAL AND THONG (B. Nikhil) racing on the rails was not accepted and the App. was fined Rs. 1000/- for failing to exercise greater control over his mount.
 
Explanation of Trainer LVR Deshmukh with regard to the improved performance of his charge AMALFITANA (App. Kuldeep S) winner of this race who finished off board in the previous runs that his instructions to Jockeys were always go to front and do their best in the straight but in the previous two runs his charge did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight as such gave a big gap of over a month and ran in this race.  The Trainer further added that a gap of one month and 5 kgs allowance Jockey in the saddle has been to his charges advantage and could manage to run a better race was not accepted and the Trainer was fined a sum of Rs. 5000/- for inconsistent running of his charge.
 
QUALITY WARRIOR (App. Md. Ekram Alam) sustained lacerated injuries over left hind. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.

Explanation of Jockey Kiran Naidu (ALABAMA) that his instructions were to sit close 3rd/4th in the initial stages of the race as such he was forced to check his mount in the initial stages of the race to follow the given instructions and thereafter when asked for an effort in the straight, his mount did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer R H Sequeira was noted for future reference.

Explanation of App. Santosh Raj N R (BLACK OPAL) in the presence of Trainer D. Netto that when he tried to use the whip, his whip accidentally slipped out of his hands at about the 300 mtrs was not accepted and the App. was fined Rs.3,000/- for losing whip at a crucial juncture of the race.
 
Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (CHINA TOWN) was cautioned for shifting in in the final stages of the race under use of whip though no interference was caused.
