Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (MUASER) that his mount held the bit and tried to run out throughout the race due to which he could not ride out his mount on an even keel noted. Trainer A. Vatsalya was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the mare sustained bruised injury over left hind inside fetlock. However, the mare was trotting sound after the race.
 
Explanation of App. Md. Ekram Alam (CANTERBURY) that his instructions were to go to front which he tried to follow, but as his mount was keen, took a lead of about 4 to 5 lengths and in the straight when asked for an effort, his mount shortened the strides and dropped back from about the 300 mtrs inspite of his best efforts, was confirmed by Trainer L D Silva was noted for future reference.
 
The Veterinary examination of CANTERBURY (Md. Ekram Alam) after the race revealed that though the colt was trotting sound but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer L D Silva was fined a sum of Rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in present of his charge for a race.
 
FOREVER BOND (P. Trevor) winner of the race is sampled.

As the Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (FEDERER) was injured at the Starting gates, the gelding has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid was declared unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day.
 
Explanation of Jockey R S Jodha (ENCORE) that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race in the process took the ground of SACRED BOND (Akshay Kumar) in the final 400 mtrs inspite of his best efforts, noted.
 
Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (YOUNG DIANA) in the presence of Trainer Laxman Singh that he lost balance soon after the start because of which he was unable to position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race as instructed and in the straight he did his best was not accepted and the App. was severely reprimanded to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions in the initial stages of the race.

SOORYA was observed to have left eye coreneal opacity with watery discharge, as such the colt has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
WINDSOR (App. Md. Ekram Alam) reared up as the start was affected in the process losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.
 
DECCAN DAISY (Santosh Raj N R) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
Jockey P. Trevor (TRISHUL) was fined Rs.10,000/- for excessive and improper use of whip (2nd Offence).
 
Jockey Akshay Kumar (QUEEN EMPRESS) was fined Rs. 5000/- for excessive and improper use of whip (1st offence).  
 
Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (NO RULE) that he felt something fault with his mount, as such he pulled up his mount at about the 200 mtrs and dismounted Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that gelding was trotting lame on left fore due to fracture of proximal seasamoid bones.
 
Explanation of Jockey Vivek G (N R I FAIRY) that his mount dropped back whilst travelling with front runners from about the 300 mtrs inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly was trotting lame on right fore due to tendon strain.

HOPING SKY (Mohit Singh) took a fly jump in the process lost about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
CARNIVAL LADY (App. Shivansh) jumped out awkwardly resulting in the App. Jockey lost balance on his mount.
 
Explanation of Jockey S. Saqlain (SUNDANCE KID) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race in the process veered out on to outer track while negotiating the final bend inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer R H Sequeira was advised to show his charge in a Mock race before next accepting in a race.
 
Explanation of Jockey A Imran Khan (STUNNING ART) in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh Parmar that his instructions were to sit 3rd/4th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted. However, the Jockey was fined Rs.3000/- for dropping his hands much before the passing the winning post though on a beaten horse.
 
Explanation of Jockey Abhay Singh (MAGIC PRINCESS) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer G. Shashikanth was advised for a better performance in future.

DETECTIVE (Akshay Kumar) became hypoxic and fell over in the sand track at about the 200 mtrs while coming from stable and sustained bleeding injuries over right fore, as such the colt has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
App. Md. Ekram Alam (GRAND DUKE) was fined Rs. 2,000/- for checking and dropping back soon after the start for no apparent reason.
 
An objection lodged by Jockey P. Trevor (DIVINE DESTINY) placed 2nd by the Judge against App. Kuldeep Singh (IVANHOE) the winner that " in the final 300 mtrs App drifted in, due to which I had to change lane and opted to go inside, but again the App. came in and blocked me more than once due to which I had to slow down my pace and stopped riding in the final 100 mtrs that cost me a certain race" was overruled by the Stewards and the judges placing remained unaltered.
 
App. Kuldeep Singh (IVANHOE) was fined Rs.3,000/- for failing to maintain a straight course in the final 100 mtrs of the race for no apparent reason.

Explanation of Jockey S. Saqlain (LIVERMORE) that his mount was hanging in, in the final stages of the race in the process shifted in and causing interference to SHAZAM (Mohit Singh) racing on the rails was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 5,000/- for shifting out at about the 450 mtrs forcing out TIGER MOUNTAIN (A. Imran Khan) and again shifting in at about the 250 mtrs in the process causing severe interference to SHAZAM (Mohit Singh) racing on the rails.
 
TIGER MOUNTAIN (A. Imran Khan) was observed to have old bruised injury over left hind. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

PAL CHA and CHALLENGER were not declared to start.
