VELOCITY (Kiran Naidu) fly jumped as the start was affected losing about 2 lengths.

Jockey Janardhan Paswan and Trainer Mr. Vishesh M. P. were questioned regarding the running and riding of DRIFTWOOD PACIFIC. Jockey stated that his instructions were to hit the front and ride out in the straight. Trainer when  questioned corroborated the instructions and stated that he was satisfied with the jockey’s riding  as his charge was running after a long interval. Both explanations were noted  for future.

Trainer G. S. Parmar was questioned regarding the comparative performance of his charge SHELOMI (A M Alam) the winner of the race as compared to race no. 63 wherein she finished 10th out of 11 runners. Trainer stated that race no. 63  was a  1800 metre race and that his charge had hit the front but dropped back entering the straight, he felt that she had a better chance in a 1200 metre race, however he had     not fancied her chances of winning. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered Trainer G. S. Parmar was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- for negligence in his duties as a licensed professional in that he ran his charge SHELOMI (A M Alam) frequently over inconsistent distances and for the inconsistent manner of running of his charge SHELOMI (A M Alam) .

The Club's Veterinary Officer reported that AZZARO (B. Nikhil) lost its right fore shoe during the race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner SHELOMI (A M Alam).

Permission was granted to Trainer Saddam Iqbal to withdraw FAMOUS QUEEN on Veterinary grounds as the mare was found to be lame on left hind, trainer was  informed to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.
 
BEFORETHEDAWN (R N Darshan) was slow to start losing about a length.

Jockey A Ayaz Khan, the rider of PARRYS CORNER was fined a sum of Rs.1000/- for shifting in passing the 1000 metres causing a check and forcing in AMAZING KITTEN (Stephen Raj) on to the inner rails.

Jockey Stephen Raj, the rider of AMAZING KITTEN was fined a sum of Rs.1000/- for shifting in under use of the whip causing interference to BEFORETHEDAWN (R N Darshan) passing the 300 metres.

DANCE OF WAVES (B. Nikhil) was observed to drop back passing the 350 metres and trailed the field thereafter. Trainer Mr. M. M. Uthaiah was informed to ensure better performance of his charge before next accepting with it.

The Club's Veterinary Officer reported that PRAGMATIC (P.Sai Kumar) was found to be trotting lame on left hind due to sore back on examination on 14/01/21. Trainer M.
M. Uthaiah was informed to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.

Jockey C Umesh, the rider of BOLIVIA was cautioned for shifting out under use of the whip in the final stages of the race and was further fined a sum of Rs.2000/- for dropping his hands before passing the post.

CARTEL (P.Sai Kumar) was slow into stride and trailed the field for major part of the race. Trainer Mr. K. S. Mandanna was advised to ensure better performance of his charge before next accepting with it.

CLOUD JUMPER (Shrikant Kamble) was observed to drop back passing the 300 metres and thereafter trailed the field.

STAR TEMPLAR (Nakhat Singh) was slow to start losing about 2 lengths as the start was affected.

OTUS (C A Brisson) was observed to bump the inner railings passing the 1300 metres.

WONDER BLAZE (Rahul H) and TEXAS ROSE (Shrikant Kamble) were slow to start losing about 2 lengths each.

LORDSHIP (Akshay Kumar) was observed to drop back passing the 900 metres and caught up with the field passing the 400 metres. The colt was asked to be examined    by the Club's Veterinary Officer who reported that no abnormalities were found.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Fahad Khan to deputise on behalf of Trainer Mr. M.Bobby for his charge SADEEK (Saddam Hussain) at both trainer's risk and liability.

STAR TWIST (C A Brisson) was slow to start losing a length as the start was affected.

KINGOFTHEWORLD (Shrikant Kamble) jumped awkwardly losing about 2 lengths at the start.

OCTAVIAN (Kiran Naidu) fly jumped awkwardly losing about 2 lengths as the start was affected.

Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of KNIGHT IN ARMOUR was fined a sum of Rs.2000 for improper use of the whip.

SHADOW OF LOVE (B. Nikhil) leaned back in its starting stall before jumping out immediately as the start was affected, unbalancing the rider and losing about 2 to 3 lengths in the process.

BUTTERFLY (Azfar Syeed) jumped awkwardly inwards causing a check to ROYAL RULES (Iltaf Hussain) as the start was affected. The incident being accidental  no action was initiated.

Jockey B. Nikhil, the rider of SHADOW OF LOVE was fined a sum of Rs.2000/- for shifting in causing interference to DECISIVE (Stephen Raj) first while negotiating the final bend and thereafter again while passing the 400 metres.

It was observed after the race that the ring of the Dexter Ring bit used on VICTORY WALK (Akshay Kumar) had slipped into the mouth of the colt during the race due to which the Jockey reported that he could not ride out his mount. The equipment was examined after the race and was found to be in good condition. Trainer Mr.B.Suresh
 
was cautioned and asked to take remedial measures before next accepting with his charge.

The Saddle used on PINEWOOD (A Ayaz Khan) slipped to the left during the race. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. G. S. Parmar was fined a sum of Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge.
