Soon after the start RED APPLE (App Abdul Fazal) went onto SPARTAN X (Aqeed Waheed). Near 1100 metres, RED APPLE (App Abdul Fazal) again leaned in on to AAO SHAO (App Aman) who in turn made contact with ASHWA VIJETA (Kundan Paswan).

Near 1000 metres, RANNVJAY (GS Shekhawat) shifted in and tightened RED APPLE (App Abdul Fazal) who in turn went in on to AAO SHAO (App Aman) who took the running of ASHWA VIJETA (Kundan Paswan) who was steadied. Jockey GS Shekhawat has been fined Rs.2,000/-.

Trainer Magan Singh and Jockey Kundan Paswan were questioned regarding the running and riding of ASHWA VIJETA. The instructions to the Jockey were to take a good jump, and be in 2nd or 3rd position. The Jockey stated that he was in good position after the start, but had met with an interference near 1100 metres and 1000 metres due to which he lost his position. He added that he had started riding out his mount from 500 metres onwards but the horse did not quicken well enough and that he had done his best. Trainer stated that he was surprised to see the short odds on his horse as in the previous run with Jockey TS Jodha, the horse did not perform well and in the subsequent run which was in this race and with Kundan Paswan, the horse opened Even money. After having viewed the race, the explanation of the Trainer and the Jockey were noted.

Soon after the start, UNDISPUTED (Kundan Paswan) was tightened.

An Objection was lodged by App Angad (DELHI QUEEN), placed Second by the Judge against WHIZZ (Sameer Qureshi), placed First by the Judge for “coming in on to me and taking my ground and force the mount to shift out and my horse covered a lot of ground and finish second. I should have won the race”.

The Stewards held an enquiry after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned and Trainer of DELHI QUEEN and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards and based on their own observation of the race, the Stewards decided to uphold the Objection and revised the order of Placings as under:- DELHI QUEEN FIRST; WHIZZ SECOND SNOW BELL THIRD; JET FOURTH Jockey Sameer Qureshi has been fined Rs.3,000/- for the interference caused to DELHI QUEEN.

AUTUMN GOLD was examined at the Starting Gate and was found to be lame by its right-fore leg, as such, was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer VS Parmar has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.

SUPERSTAR SUPREME (Naresh Kumar) was fractious in its Stall and was withdrawn as its Jockey was injured. Trainer S Nawab has been asked to give more Gate practice and show to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting to race.
