INVINCIBLE WISH (Amyn Merchant) was examined at the Gates and observed to be trotting lame on right fore; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Order; Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

Jockey S Manohar, the rider of ENGLEBERG, was reprimanded for coming 'in' and inconveniencing VROOM VROOM (S R Santosh Kumar) on his inside, passing the 1100 Metres.

VROOM VROOM (S R Santosh Kumar) could not get a clear run between 1100 Metres and the 1000 Metres due to crowding of the field. 

Jockey Shaliyar Khan, the rider of FELIX LEGION, was reprimanded for riding an Indifferent Race. 

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of VELVET ROSE, placed Fourth by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of STAR LAGOON, placed First by the Judge, for 'in the last 150 Metres and 100 Metres, the winner came 'in' sharply, checked me, whereby, I had to stop riding and also, bumped me, which cost me a certain second place'; The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned; After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection. 

Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of VROOM VROOM, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 

Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was questioned as to the inconsistent pattern of running and the resultant improved performance of his charge STAR LAGOON (Saddam Hussain), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 23 of the Mysore Summer Races 2019, i.e., The Heggadadevanakote Plate – (About) 1600 Metres for horses rated 00 to 25, run on 4th Day, Wednesday, 12th June, 2019, when ridden by Jockey P Surya, it ran unplaced. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by him, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was fined a sum of Rs.5,000/-, for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge, STAR LAGOON (Saddam Hussain), in the above Race. He was also cautioned to be more judicious while declaring Jockeys to ride his charges in future.

An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Saddam Hussain, on his mount STAR LAGOON (Trained by Mr. Prashanth Pawar), in the above Race.

ORO PLATA (P P Dhebe) sustained clipped injury on left hind tendon region.

Jockey R Manish, the rider of BERLIN, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing QUEENOFGOODTIMES (M B Qureshi) on his outside, passing the 300 Metres. 

Jockey A S Peter, the rider of COUNTRY'S TIGRESS, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

PERFECT LEGACY (Irvan Singh) planted and lost many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

MAGNUM OPUS (Sameer Khan) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', thereby, inconveniencing DAUGHTEROFTHESUN (Chotu Jaiswar) on the outside, at the start. 

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of ON HER OWN, was reprimanded for cutting across the field, passing the 1200 Metres. 

KIR ROYALE (Arman Ali Jafri) accidentally brushed the Railings, approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of ON HER OWN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in', and, causing interference to NEW BEGINNING (S Manohar) on his inside, between the 400 Metres to 350 Metres. 

Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of BLUE BIRD THE WORD, reported that his whip got  entangled with the reins in the last 150 Metres of the Race. 

Jockey Shivnath Paswan, the rider of SUSSEX PRIDE, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. 

Jockey Sameer Khan, the rider of MAGNUM OPUS, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. 
 
It was reported after the Race that ON HER OWN (M Rajesh Kumar) pulled up lame on right fore; Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Rakesh was questioned as to the improved performance of his charge GRAND TENTON (S John), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 13 of the Mysore Summer Races 2019, i.e., The Nagamangala Plate (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 60 and above, run on 2nd Day, Wednesday, 29th May, 2019, when ridden by Jockey Irvan Singh, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) In its previous run, it ran in an open class for horses rated 60 and above, run over 6 furlongs; b) This time, it ran over 7 furlongs and and for horses rated 40 to 65, 5 year old and upwards, down one class as compared to its previous run; c) He was ridden by Jockey S John in this race, a rider of better calibre, as compared Jockey Irvan Singh, who rode it in its previous run; d) After its previous run, he had given it three gallops and one Gate Jump out; e) This charge of his was a well bred horse and this was only its second run in this centre and had shown tremendous improvement during the Morning Track and that he had run it after a gap of 29 days; f) In its previous run, he had instructed his rider to take a good jump and sit up there, as it was its first run in this centre, but it had not shown any initial speed and after the Race, his rider had told him to run it over 7 furlongs; g) In this run he had instructed the rider to sit in second or third position and to do his best in the straight and his charge came out and won the Race; h) After this Race also his rider had come and informed him to run it over a mile as this horse could take the distance. His explanations were noted for future reference.

EUDORA (M J Gautam Raj Urs) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
 
AGNETA (S Shivakumar) jumped 'out' awkwardly, at the start. 

CAVAROZZI (S John) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', at the start. 

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of EYEZ HYPNOTIZE, was reprimanded for shifting 'out', thereby, inconveniencing CAVAROZZI (S John) on his outside, approaching the 450 Metres.   

Jockey L Prashant, the rider of CRACKSMAN, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improve his position from the 1200 Metres till entering the final bend. He was cautioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav that a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. Trainer Vishal Yadav was also cautioned to be more judicious while parting riding instructions to his riders in future. 

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of gr g CAVAROZZI, trained by Mr. Rakesh and ridden by Jockey S John, in the above Race.

CRACKSMAN (L Prashant) sustained bruise on right hind hock. 

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from gr g CAVAROZZI.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw NAVELROCK (S John) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on left fore; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

LUCKY PINEAPPLE (Shivnath Paswan) planted and lost many lengths at the Start and thereafter, ran detached from the field; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. 

MOROCCAN (Chotu Jaiswar) jumped awkwardly 'inwards', at the start. 

COUNTRY'S COURAGE (A S Peter) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', at the start. 

Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of THEA'S GIFT, reported that he accidentally lost his whip, passing the 250 Metres. 

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of MADURO, was reprimanded for the undesirable practice of easing up his mount in the last 100 Metres of the Race. 

Jockey S Manohar, the rider of COORG REGIMENT, reported that the saddle shifted back while rounding the final bend; After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. G T Surender was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.  

It was reported after the Race that COORG REGIMENT (S Manohar) pulled up lame on right hind; Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

CRESCENDO (Sameer Qureshi) took a fly jump and went onto its haunches, whereby, the rider got momentarily unbalanced, at the start. 

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of TREMENDOUS, was reprimanded for shifting 'out', thereby, inconveniencing ETERNAL INSPIRATION (R Manish) on his outside, approaching the 400 Metres. 

Jockey R Shelar, the rider of SHERLOCK, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].

Trainer Ranjeet Shinde was questioned as to the relative performance of SHIP ROCK (A S Peter), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 19 of the Mysore Summer Races 2019, i.e. The Chevalier Trophy (About) 1600 Metres, for horses rated 60 and above, run on Third day, Wednesday, 5th June, 2019, when ridden by the same rider, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This is a well bred horse and this is only its third run in this centre; b) This is a free running horse and it loves to go to the front and he was also instructed by his Owner to let it run freely in the front; c) In its previous run, he had told his rider not to break its stride and to let it run freely in the front, but it was chased by SHERLOCK, and after the latter overtook his charge, his rider had made a mistake of chasing it till the 900 Metres, due to which both the horses had fizzled out in the Straight; d) In this Race he had instructed his rider to go to the front and his charge settled well in the front ran on from there and just about won the Race; e) He was surprised as the timing of his charge was slower by more than one second despite winning the race and in his opinion the slow pace suited it and it ran better, in the above Race; f) His charge had shown some improvement during the Morning Track Work after its previous run and in his opinion, COUNTRY MUSIC, which ran with his charge had run again before this race, CRESENDO had run a very bad race, TOWERING STORM had gone up in handicap and so his charge which had beaten SHERLOCK in its previous run again beat it in this present set. His explanations were noted for future reference.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of JOLFA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to SIDDHANI (Saddam Hussain) on his inside, between the 1000 Metres and the 800 Metres. 

Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of DEIMUS, was reprimanded for shifting 'out', thereby, inconveniencing TOP STRIKER (Vijay Kumar) on his outside, passing the 800 Metres.
