Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of PRECIOUS SCRIPT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting `in' and thereby causing interference to TOBIN (M Naveen), on his inside and as such, the latter horse stumbled and dislodged its rider, passing the 1100 Metres.

ICONIC GLORY (S Imran) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of AMAZING BEAUTY, was fined Rs.5,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount in the above race [2nd Infringement].

The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey R Rayan Ahmed, the rider of THEA'S DREAM, reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey R N Darshan to the Stewards, vide Charge Sheet No. 259, dated 12th February, 2020, for breach of Calendar Notification under the heading “Use of Whip”, in that, he had excessively used
 
the whip on his mount, PREMIER ACE, in the above Race [Third Infringement]. His first infringement was on PREMIER ACE in Race No. 30 and his second infringement was on SADEEK, in Race No. 40 of the Mysore Winter Races 2019-20. The Stewards, at their meeting held after the last Race on 12th February, 2020, examined Jockey R N Darshan. After due deliberations, they decided that should Jockey R N Darshan be granted a Jockey's License under the Mysore Race Club Limited Rules of Racing, for the year 2020-21, the same shall remain suspended from 20-05-2020 to 27-05-2020 (both days inclusive) for breach of Calendar Notification under the heading “Use of Whip”, on his mount PREMIER ACE, in the above Race. He was informed of his right to appeal.

AMAZING (J Paswan) suffered from bleeding cut injury on right fore pastern. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m PREMIER ACE.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw his charge CALL ME MAYBE (Arshad Alam) on veterinary grounds, as it was trotting stiff in both fore and hind legs. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

RUSTIC SUNRISE (Anil Baandal) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Jockey M.Madhu Babu, the rider of JOHN CABOT, reported that he did not get clear run between the 250 Metres and the 100 metres of the race, due to a wall of horses in front of him.

Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of DEIMUS, reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 300 metres.

Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of THEA'S GIFT, reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 250 metres.

It was observed that the buckle of the girth of SPORTO (R Shiva Kumar) got unfastened. After due examination of the equipment, which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. Surender G T was fined Rs.5,000/- for his negligence pertaining to the saddling of his charge.

Jockey R.N.Darshan, the rider of LUCKY PINEAPPLE, was reprimanded for shifting `in' and inconveniencing KING'S COMMAND (P.Trevor), on his inside passing the 350 metres.
 
Jockey C Umesh, the rider of GREAT CELEBRATION was reprimanded for shifting `out' and inconveniencing KING'S COMMAND (P Trevor) on his outisde passing the 350 metres.

FLAMBOYANT (Arshad Alam) ran detached from the field, throughout the race. Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

As Jockey M Naveen was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the first race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M to substitute Jockey A Vishwanath, to ride TREMENDOUS in place of the declared rider.

Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of RARE AND BOLD, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to FRINGE BENEFIT (R Rayan Ahmed) and as such, the latter horse shifted out and came directly behind MAGNUM OPUS and had to be checked by its rider, to avoid striking the front runner due to which, WONDER STORY (H M Akshay), which was galloping directly behind struck the front runner and fell, thereby dislodging its rider, between the 200 Metres and the 100 Metres of the Race.

LONDON (Sameer Qureshi) ran detached from the field, till entering the straight. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

MADURO (Arshad Alam) ran detached from the field, throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

It was reported after the Race that MAGNUM OPUS (T S Jodha) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to withdraw his charge ROOSEVELT (Shivnath Paswan) on veterinary grounds, as it was observed to have suffered from linear injury on right fore outer pastern. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao S to substitute Jockey R Ajay Kumar, to ride SCARLET PRINCESS in place of Jockey M Naveen, the declared rider.

As Jockey Shiva Kumar was certified medically unfit to ride, after his ride in the Eighth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Bobby to substitute Jockey Mukesh Kumar, to ride his charge, BE BOLD, in place of the declared rider.

TASHKENT (Sameer Qureshi) swerved to the left, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.

Jockey Rahil Ahktar, the rider of MAKE MY WAY, reported that his mount was hanging out in the Straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was reported to have sharp molars and fresh cut injuries inside the mouth. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was fined Rs.5,000/- for his negligence [2nd Infringement].

It was reported after the Race that SUFFICIENT PROOF (Chethan Gowda) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
