@SKumar sir,
While wishing you all the success in new year, I would like to say, racing goes on as usual, it was we who make the mistake. It is all in the mind. Though I have recovered some of the lost touch, still long way to go.

Absolutely not a mistake at all from Goldman.....
I only say ,thats the nice way to remember People...Had not Goldman pointed out, though by mistake, We would not have discussed about Dustin alias T.R at all......

La magnifique is not half sister to Continental, Windsor forest is half sister to continental Phoenix tower Samsa,which us not showing speedy tracks ,but if gamble can win at longet odds or else nothing to beat La magnifique

4.30 #2 STAR COUNCILLOR was touch disappointing when favourite here last start and and with a tongue strap on should give a sight from the good gate. Gets chance to bounce back.
#5 CELTIC PRINCE was runner up behind top pick last start and with 3.5kg claim meets him better at the weights. An upset chance.
4.55 #2 SERJEANT AT ARMS looks formidable in his lead up race to Derby.
5.25 Bred in purple #9 OTHELLO finished her race off nicely when close 5th resuming last start. Fitter second-up and still plenty of scope for improvement and distance suits.
Keep an eye on #10 FLASHING HONOUR he can spring a surprise anytime.
5.50 #5 SHERLOCK won well with a bit in hand resuming last start. Up in grade and distance, he will grind out the trip strong and a repeat of his last run is good enough.
6.15 #9 MADURO may have needed last effort after a lengthy lay off. He is the track and distance winner and If he takes any improvement with the blinkers on first time he'll be tough to beat.
Keep an eye on last start failed favourite #2 STARDOM CALLING who can bounce back at this ideal trip.
6.45 #2 HOLY SMOKE can't have been much more impressive in this class when resuming and will eat up the extra distance of this. Strong fancy.
7.15 Nicely bred #1 ART O WAR ran a forward race on debut. Strips fitter second up and blinkers may help and if he gets away will be hard to hold out.
7.45 #7 IMPOSSIBLE DREAM is nicely bred who makes his handicap debut. He looks suited out to this distance after a forward run last start. Will roll forward again and can break through.
Keep an eye on #2 BACKSTREET BAY, she has a class edge in this ordinary set. Don't ignore.

Failed favorite in last run in higher class now demoted,in r no-34 notable close 2nd by just ns from 13th position over 1400mts now running over mile trip with only 1kg up,one very good track with same jockey who ride today.

Notable winner in his debut run over mile trip with A SANDESH,ignore last run with tough company in 2G,in r no-10 due to slow jump & shifted outward he finish 3rd from 6th position now running over extended trip with classic rider that run advantage for him in class three,working extremely good on track with gate practice.

There are two big races today. The first one is the Ruia Gold Cup for 4-year olds taking a tilt at the classics (race no. 2 on the card). This year's edition has been reduced to a farce with only three contenders. The only point of interest is about the famous Ruia winner jinx. After winning the Ruia Cup, will Serjeant At Arms' chances in the Indian Derby decline or will he overcome the jinx like Be Safe did?
The Radheshyam Jhunjhunwala Million (race no. 6 on the card) to be run over 1400M is more competitive. Here is my analysis:
Brahmachari seems to have lost its zest for racing, so not here.
Airco is outclassed.
Dancing Prances and Critics Choice are more suited to 1200M, though DP has been known to do well over 1400M also. But today, I'm going to ignore both here.
That leaves trio of Congressional, Holy Smoke and Renee - I believe one of the three should win this race.
Holy Smoke almost ran away with the race won by Critics Choice on 18 December and is a live contender.
Congressional has been putting in some good runs but in a race like this aggression and positioning are required and PSC may not be the man for the job. So, include in pools and that's all.
Renee has the handicap advantage in this terms race and may have improved further and is my first choice. Hedge with Holy Smoke.

Hi All,
1-2 STAR COUNCILLOR - Will take the revenge with Charging Tigress. Now with 3.5kg better off has to make up 3/4L.
2-2 SERJEANT AT ARMS - No opposition. One horse race.
3-10 FLASHING HONOUR - Running consistently and ran well over 2000m and 1800m and now 1600m is an advantage. I see the only danger is She's An Ace who missed the break last time and still ran well.
4-5 SHERLOCK - By Holy Roman Emperor, Ran start to finish over 1600m and 2000m is more to her advantage. I Feel Frivolous will be no match.
5-2 STARDOM CALLING - Running consistently since Pune, one behind Critic Choice over 1200 is good enough to beat MADURO who ran well last time over 1000m.
6-7 RENEE - Won well over 1400m last time. Critics Choice weight is not good to run over 1400m and Holy Smoke ran well over 1200m with timings of 1:10:60 Can give a good fight to Renee.
7-5 LA MAGNIFIQUE - By Shamardal, tracking well and has the speed in the sire to beat this lot.
8-3 FURIOSA - Was withdrawn last time, Has the timings and speed to win this contest.
