Dear Raj paray tell me what good times are you talking about. These 2 have been sacked for being slow and not corruption. Are you aware that rs 1.4 lakh crores have been written off as NPA'S by the banks .No action against any MD or CEO of any bank.
That was the real reason for this demonetisation and not as claimed by the govt.
The Gov of RBI was unable to give any data as to the amount of money recd in banks! That shows you the state of affairs.
Please go to the rural areas to see the effect. City dwellers were not much effected as they were pampered due to TV channels showing their plight.
Any way time will tell

Dear Raj P, Chidharam said GDP growth down to 7 from 7,5.
World Bank says 6.5 GDP whish means a very severe impact on the economy.
You are forgetting one basic fact we are still an agro based economy.
The rural sector and agriculture has taken a big hit.The farmer is the worst effected [not the so called rich as the govt has been propagating]
70 days are gone and yous till cannot with draw your own money. from the bank.
Even Hitler never imposed such restrictions on his people

A country will not be developed because of making everybody paying taxes.
A country is deemed to be developed because of its market revenue...people are made happy by creating employment oppurtunities...not by pipping them with Taxes

@Ashwin..
how myopic your vision is... you are a typical example of some one who worries more about his immediate benefits and is blind to see the long term benefits. I hope you are aware that just 1 percent Indians pay the tax. No wonder we are still considered third world country.Once its totally cash less economy, every one will be paying the tax and that will cause the real development. hope u understand how that will happen...We as a country still stand no where close to some one like China.Just few decades ago China was behind us but at the moment probably the only super power after USA. Reason is simple we always had a government which said khao and khilao but Mr Modi has been such a refreshing change. Yes its gonna be little bit troublesome but no one should be complaining as the country comes first. But i am sure there are few grumbling like you who can be ignored easily. Way to go Modiji....

If an ordinary man paid yearly Rs 50/- (cumulatively) as service charges to PayTM for all your transactions throughout the year they might have made Rs 500 Crores profit last year. Based on their present subscribers list/the quantum of transactions they may cross 1000 Crore profit during 2017. Presently 39% of Internet users using their services. 26% Internet users using Freecharge. 17% by Mobikwik. 10% by My Airtel. There are many more Oxygen Wallet, My Vodafone, payTm Wallet, Pockets by ICICI, and newly introduced BHIM.
You all know who is the face of pf PAYTIM & BHIM ads. They all here to make money by way of service charges. I think the Govt is not supporting the common man. They are simply supporting these Mobile Wallet Providers .. this is another way to mint money in a legal way.

In the Race course (As of now - Bengaluru Tote betting only) I do not find any trouble in transacting with cash. In rural of north India are still facing cash crunch, In the cities we do not find that. Even today I have not seen any owner betting openly with bookies and here only the Black money is created. Punters are not big enough for such transactions hence the swiping of cards does not arise.
WITH ALL THESE IT IS YOUR OPTION-IS IT CASH OR CARD ?

for what sake or whoose sake cashless transactions are good....every common man is going to burden so much pain because of this....the rulers are elected to rule and give people happy life...not to torture them with unnecessary decisions... What Gud has been from the day of latest government..if some one speaks likes this they are called anti indians by people like you... Card transaction should be option not necessary...

It is just A proposal by the hot heads of this govt.
It will be challenged in A court of law or people will lose faith in banking system

I think its a wonderful move towards cashless transactions in the country.Whats wrong in this ?? why you have to relate everything to racing. I support Modi for his moves. For the first time i feel that the country is in safe hands and is moving in right direction.
