Friday's card at Bangalore looks competitive. A day to pick up a few winners at good odds. My bet for the day is EMPERADOR in race 6, who takes on Rare Rhythm and Racing Fire over 16000M. With YSS in the saddle, it should land the spoils at what I am hoping will be odds of around 2 to 1....

1st Race: 2-15 PM
EACH WAY : 10 ARZIKI
The price on the favourite is unjustifiably short with apprentice rider. Therefore a chance is taken on ARZIKI who was a failed favourite in her last run. This run should help rebuild the confidence.
2nd Race: 2-45 PM
WIN : 2 CHLOE
Bounced back to form when finishing second to RareRhythm over 7 furlongs at this venue last time out. Good jockey aboard and should take all the beating.
3rd Race: 3-15 PM
EACH WAY : 10 APOLLO CREED / 5 INTENSIVE ACT - KEEP AN EYE
It finished 3rd of 12 horses over 6 furlong at Mysore, Not being raced since september. Very interesting runner here.
4th Race: 3-45 PM
EACH WAY : 1 CADILLAC SKY
Has been poor in it's last two races. Extra 2 furlongs may favour her style of running. So could do well here with a chnage in rider.
5th Race: 4-15 PM
WIN : 8 SILVER CHIEFTIAN
Silver chieftain looks great value here. I think this is well handicapped. Stable jockey takes the ride. Impressive in recent tracks. Worth a punt now in this company.
6th Race: 4-45 PM
EACH WAY : 11 BALIAN
Looks overpriced here as he won 2 of 8 starts on todays venue. Ran well in better company. Has had a nice 2 month break and the return might give him extra spark. Can't rule out if fit for his return.
7th Race: 5-15 PM
WIN : 11 LORD DARLINGTON
This lightly raced runner looks interesting. Trainers horses running consistently. Going up in class. Can make a mark.
8th Race: 5-45 PM
EACH WAY : 6 SURNATUREL
Down in distance. Good in tracks. May lead and wont get caught. Good eachway bet.

Hi All,
1-3 PERFECT QUEEN - As this race is without wips, therefore the rider with the advantage of -4kgs is good and horse is also performing well.
2-3 MISSION BLUE - Ran a good 4th recently and an extra 200m will suit. 3-9 KIRAATHAKA - This is a lower set and Arshad Alam has a good chance on this horse.
4-1 CADILLAC SKY - By Summer Bird, running very consistently, came flying from behind to finish close. Now no problem with the distance and this is my days best.
5-11 CALICO JACK - Running well and Imran Chisty is an advantage.
6-12 PEARL CITY - By Lord Shanakill, is coming to form after few runs. Recent win was very easy carrying top weight. Now with bottom weights and Suraj again. Will win again.
7-7 SIOBHAN - Ran well last time and there are couple of others who will give fight, but I still prefer this one and also TP on board.
8-7 JUST FABULOUS - Is a winner and this race is without wips and advantage is to apprentice.
