You have in your earlier posts said you have taken up following matter (among other things) with the chairman and the chairman promised you to improve on that aspect. Will you please check today's races (Monday) and see whether HRC has been retreated from his promises and following RWITC ?

1. After jockeys mounting on their horses they immediately go out of the paddock. You asked the Chairman at least one round the jockeys have to complete in the paddock after sitting on their horses. SO FAR NO CHANGE.

2. After the horses leave the paddock, HRC Cameraman showing one or two DUD (25/1 or 50/1)horses constantly and they are avoiding other horses including fancied ones. WHY THEY HIDE FANCIED RUNNERS FROM THE PUBLIC..? We are unable see the horses gait while they move to starting stalls. Cameraman take the liberty to show the crowd ESPECIALLY LADIES, or GARDEN FLOWERS, or THE HRC FLAGS repeatedly, or the BODY WEIGHT OF HORSES during this period. You should take this issue with HRC Chairman, why they SUDDENLY started RWITC TACTICS...?

3. After withdrawal of a horse (fancied ones) at the last minute, punters not getting time to play alternative bets. You have taken up this matter with the Chairman, but there is no improvement.

4. It is a fact there are two cameras on the starting stalls. One placed behind the starting stalls and another one providing view of the front side of the starting stalls. After the horses reach the starting stalls, HRC give horses lot of time to settle, there horses make lot of rounds behind the starting stalls. Saddest part front camera is being used to show horses parading there and we the racing public have to see the horses THRU THE STARTING STALLS. It is of no use. You have to urge them to use back camera and show the horses parading behind the starting stalls clearly.
